Banga Fitness offers a variety of modes of personal training. You can train privately at the studio in Union, at select gyms/fitness centers, in some outdoor settings, or even in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Clients can choose to train with weights, learn to box, walk/run on a track or outdoors, do cross-fit conditioning circuits, undergo sport specific training,.. Discuss with your trainer the variety of ways you can choose to be trained so you can enjoy your journey to fitness.
Studio Personal Training
Training in the studio is encouraged for a few reasons. For one, the studio has plenty of floor space, mirrors, and trainer-selected equipment to allow our clients to be trained optimally with few limitations. Also, since the studio is our primary site for training clients, the commuting times it saves our trainers to keep their work on location there is extremely valuable. This value is passed on to our studio clients via significantly lower prices.
Traveling Personal Training
In-home training is another option for clients of Banga Fitness. Whether for convenience, complete privacy, or to save time for clients by eliminating commute, in-home training is a popular choice for many clients. Clients also choose to receive training at outdoor sites or at select fitness clubs in some cases. Because of the trainer's time being of majority value, clients who require that the trainer travel can expect to pay significantly more than studio clients, and how far the trainer must travel is directly related to the price charged per session. In-home clients require that the trainer also provide fitness equipment (free-weights, etc.), this will increase the cost as well.
